The glitter was out in full force as the stars descended upon TV’s night of night’s, with The Emmys making a strong case for adult glitter.
Splayed across celebrity lids, the sparkly stuff was either dusted delicately on the inner corner of eyes, or liberally splashed across sockets with high-octane glamour and a whole lot of pizzazz.

scarlett johansson
Johansson made a strong case for yellow-gold glitter, as citrine-coloured flecks were dusted all the way across the lid and down to the inner corner of the eye with beautiful unrestraint.
Issa Rae
Rae’s kingfisher eyes were spectacular; amongst a sea of green, silver sparkles glistened both atop the lid and underneath.
Millie Bobby Brown
Brown’s version of glitter was aptly youthful, just a sprinkling of silver on the inner corner, which lit up her face ever so slightly.
Padma Lakshmi
Lakshmi also saw gold, with swoops of gold glitter both in the crease and inner corner of her eyes.
Sydney Sweeney
Beautifully metallic, sheer sparkling pigment was dusted across the top lid, whilst the bottom had a suitable sweeping of sage green glitter, with an emphasis in the middle of the eye for added pop.
