Ariana Grande gets tattooed more often than most people get a haircut.

(And it doesn’t always go well).

So it comes as no surprise that Grande, on the eve of the first show of her Sweetener World Tour, got a new ink to mark the occasion.

The God Is A Woman singer, who has around 30 tattoos, shared a photo on Instagram of a leaf design on her rib cage, over the top of the word “always,” which she got during her whirlwind relationship with Pete Davidson.

But the 25-year-old insisted it’s “not a cover up,”rather the work is merely “evolin’” [sic].

Grande added she was “so grateful” as she prepares to embark on her massive northern hemisphere tour. From March through October she’ll perform in at least 61 cities across the US, Europe and the UK, including a special concert in Manchester. At Grande’s concert there in May 2017, a suicide bomber detonated, killing 22 people.
