In 2015, in a backyard somewhere in America, Miley Cyrus and Ariana Grande covered Crowded House’s Don’t Dream It’s Over. Garnering over 53 million views, the stripped-back cover of the 1986 track was an instant hit, Cyrus’ lower range complimenting the octave-spanning Grande.

Today, the two singers joined power forces again (albeit Cyrus forgot a few lyrics and ended up reading from a cue) this time uniting for an apt performance of the same song at the One Love Manchester benefit in the U.K. And Crowded Houses Neil Finn approved tweeting, “so good you took our kid for a spin with the good people of @OneLoveManchester. @MileyCyrus @ArianaGrande, @CrowdedHouseHQ thanks you.”

Another stand-out performance which shared this sentiment was Chris Martin and Ariana Grande’s Don’t Look Back In Anger.
