SYDNEY, AUSTRALIA – NOVEMBER 28: Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban arrives for the 32nd Annual ARIA Awards 2018 at The Star on November 28, 2018 in Sydney, Australia. (Photo by Don Arnold/WireImage)

It was the Australian music industry’s night of nights, but the 2018 ARIA Awards was also very much Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban’s night.

Australia’s golden couple stole the show from the moment they stepped onto the red carpet at in soggy Sydney, Nicole the best version of her statuesque, willowy self in a soft pink feathered top and trousers, bringing Hollywood vibes to The Star.

Urban hosted the event, and barely 10 seconds into his opening comments he made his wife the centre of attention.

“Hi everyone, hi Australia,” he said before spotting Kidman and calling out:

“Hi baby, right in the front row. Hi!”

The Big Little Lies star laughed off the shout-out, but later in the broadcast when he called attention to her again, she seemed embarrassed.

Introducing Troye Sivan, Urban said:

“This guy is a singer, two-time ARIA winner and an actor currently co-starring in a really beautiful film that I highly recommend you see called Boy Erased … alongside an up and coming new actress called Nicole Kidman. I think good things are ahead for her.”

Nicole could only cover her face.

Their obvious chemistry after 12 years of marriage is heart-warming to see.
