Just when we thought Ed Sheehan’s Perfect couldn’t be anymore, well, perfect, he’s re-released the hit single featuring Beyonce.
Apparently for no other reason than a Christmas treat for his and Beyonce’s fans, Sheeran recorded Perfect with Queen Bey singing the second verse. The stars sing together in the final choruses of the track.
The Shape Of You singer still seemed surprised he’d been able to get Beyonce for the project when he appeared on The Ellen Show overnight.
“I was like, well I love Beyonce. Shall I ask Beyonce? She’s going to say no.
“And then I was like you might as well ask and then she said yeah!”
Ed and Beyonce’s combined star power is clearly a winner – the song had more than four million plays on Youtube in less than 24 hours.
