Because, as the Los Angeles Times reports, the superstar couple – who just became parents of now three children – have bought a AUD $113 million mansion in the affluent suburb of Bel Air, Los Angeles. The property – which belonged to an Irish billionaire, boasts bullet-proof glass doors and windows (essential if you ask George Clooney who lost it when paparazzi allegedly scaled his home’s fences to take pictures of his newborn twins), panoramic views (also important), a spa and wellness centre, four swimming pools, a basketball court, a garage large enough to fit 15 vehicles, staff quarters and as The Cut notes probably a bank, church, school and post office.

The Times has cited this will likely end up the biggest real estate transaction of the year. So, how do you feel about eating avocado now?
