Beyonce walked the red carpet for the first time since giving birth to twins Sir and Rumi, and the milestone moment was for a good cause.

Queen Bey attended the Tidal X Brooklyn event in New York overnight, a concert to raise money for disaster relief efforts in Puerto Rico following Hurricane Maria.

Bey oozed old Hollywood glamour in a fitted, emerald green gown by Walter Mendez and a burgundy fur draped around her shoulders.

She brought that Queen Bey swag with some ~huge~ chandelier earrings by Lorraine Schwartz, and a diamond-encrusted ‘money roll’ clutch by Alexander Wang.

The Formation singer shared several photo of her look on Instagram, so you know girl was feeling herself.

The Tidal X Brooklyn concert was a four-hour spectacular with a line-up that included Jay-Z, Jennifer Lopez, DJ Khaled, Stevie Wonder and Iggy Azalea.

Also to raise money for Puerto Rico, which has been devastated in the aftermath of the hurricane, Beyonce released her first new music since the twins and donated the entire proceeds to disaster relief for the island nation.

The track is a remix of this year’s club hit Mi Gente by J Balvin and Willy William.

“I am donating my proceeds from this song to hurricane relief charities for Puerto Rico, Mexico and the other affected Caribbean islands,” she wrote on Instagram.

Bey not only sings all the original lyrics in Spanish, but adds her own new verse to the track that seems to reference husband Jay-Z, whose latest album 4:44 makes mention of his wife a number of times.

Who run the world? Bey.
