Gigi Hadid’s 23rd birthday bash last night looked like everything we could have wished for…and all we’ve seen is the eight seconds she and sister Bella dashed from her New York apartment to a waiting car. Gigi in gold, sequinned vintage Versace and Bella in a vintage Dior leopard dress of supermodel proportions, the sisters giggled as they hot-stepped it into the night and off to hotspot 1 Hotel in Brooklyn. The well-dressed guest list included Hailey Baldwin, Joan Smalls, Lily Aldridge, Martha Hunt and Olivia Culpo.
So what does this tell us about partying style right now? Shy, demure, basic? Not this season. Sexy sartorial style has taken a turn for the sensational, bringing drama and fun along for the ride.
