Blac Chyna has been granted a temporary restraining order (TRO) against ex-partner Rob Kardashain, E! News reports.
Blac, real name Angela White was pictured leaving a Los Angeles court flanked by her legal team on Monday local time.
According to E!, Kardashian did not appear in court but he was represented by his attorneys.
Rob must stay 100 yards away from Chyna at all times. Apparently nannies will transport baby Dream between them so they do not have to see each other.
In court documents, Blac states she and Rob broke up in December and that “Rob has been violent with me in the past and I am afraid to be around him.”
She also said she is “terrified” of Rob, and alleges he has a gun that he threatened to kill himself with.
The restraining order appears to be in response to an incident last week when Rob posted nude photos of Blac online, which could constitute revenge porn, as well as a rant that accused her of taking a cocktail of drugs with her children at home.
After the restraining order was granted, Rob said through his lawyer the online rant was “a spontaneous reaction I regret.”
Also on Monday, a pre-recorded interview Blac did on Good Morning America aired. In it, she says she’s “devastated” and “betrayed” by Rob posting the photos.
“I was devastated, of course. I’m like, how could somebody post these pictures of me … I’m like, wow. OK. This is a person I trusted. I just felt betrayed.”
She also confirmed that she did send Rob a video of her in bed with another man, as he claimed in his rant.
“If somebody keeps pokin’ at you and pokin’ at you and pokin’ at you, and keep pokin’ at you, you’re eventually gonna pop. And so I was just like, ‘Maybe if I send this video to him, then he’ll just leave me alone.’”
When it was put to her that some people might think she’s using the Kardashians for fame, she replied “I was already Blac Chyna before the Kardashians.”
The rest of the Kardashian family is yet to publicly acknowledge the incident, but insiders say everyone is “disappointed”, especially Kris Jenner.
