With just over a month to go until Captain Marvel hits cinemas, fans have been treated to a clip from the superhero flick starring Brie Larson.
Larson shared the teaser on Twitter overnight, the video quickly clocking up more than a million views.
The scene shows Larson’s character Carol Danvers in a fight scene on a train, confirming the movie will be a beacon of female empowerment in the vein of Wonder Woman.

In what’s set to be a box office blockbuster, Larson plays a US Air force pilot whose body fuses with an alien’s in a crash, giving her super-human strength and other powers.
She’s reportedly signed on to reprise the role of Danvers is a second Captain Marvel film.
Captain Marvel is set for a March 8 Australian release.
