What’s the most fun thing you’ve ever done as work? Travelling as an ambassador for the Australian Rhino Project to a stunning game park in South Africa to meet the wonderful creatures we believe our country can protect from extinction. It doesn’t get better than that.

WHAT COULD YOU NOT LIVE WITHOUT? My passport.
What’s the most terrifying thing you’ve ever done as work? Walking the red carpet of the MET Gala in NYC, which is known for its 100-plus stairs, in heels with a broken knee. My doctor was horrified I even considered ditching my crutches for it. Also one of the most incredible moments and I’d do it again tomorrow.
WHAT’S YOUR BIGGEST EXTRAVAGANCE? BUYING BUSINESS CLASS TICKETS. The plane is my second bedroom.

Who do you miss the most when travelling? I’ve learnt not to miss things, because it interrupts you from being present where you are.
What’s your best long-haul travel hack? Hydration and Prosecco to keep it enjoyable.

WHEN’S THE LAST TIME YOU LOST YOUR TEMPER? I can’t remember because when I do I’m usually laughing five minutes later.

WHAT FROM YOUR PAST WOULD YOU LOVE TO DELETE FROM THE INTERNET? My Wikipedia profile photo. I’m wearing a car racing suit and no matter how hard we’ve tried to change it, it remains. Now it’s just funny and I prefer it like that.

What’s been your biggest life lesson so far? Quality over quantity in every aspect, and just breathe deep and ‘let it go’.
