According to HELLO! the cast of Suits are all invited to the Royal wedding on Saturday May 19. (We predict as well none of them will be as smug as Spice Girl Melanie Brown was.) As well as Meghan Markle and Prince Harry extending the invite to 1200 members of the public, 200 from different charities and 100 from local schools, a source has told the publication the Suits cast and key executives from the television show are attending.

“The cast has been contacted in regards to invites from Kensington Palace,” an “insider” said. “Prince Harry and Ms. Meghan Markle have said they want their Wedding Day to be shaped so as to allow members of the public to feel part of the celebrations too. This wedding, like all weddings, will be a moment of fun and joy that will reflect the characters and values of the Bride and Groom.”

The ceremony will take place at St George’s Chapel in Windsor. The Sunday Times is reporting Markle – who was raised Protestant – will be baptised prior to the ceremony to join The Church Of England. Also in attendance will be actress Priyanka Chopra and tennis great Serena Williams.

We have a feeling though Markle’s co-star and on-screen husband Patrick J. Adams will be the centre of the dance-floor. Seven years ago, USA Network introduced us to legal prodigy Mike Ross (Adams) a highly intelligent student/fraud who began working at a New York City law firm for gun lawyer Harvey Spector despite not having a Harvard degree in Suits. Mike’s relationship with the beautiful and savvy paralegal Rachel Zane  (Markle) injected heart-wrenching and emotional moments into the series where it’s characters outplayed and outwitted each other every episode.

While Markle announced in 2017 that she wouldn’t be renewing her contract for an eighth season (presumably to take up life as a Royal and Prince Harry’s wife), Patrick J. Adams followed “suit” and called it a day as well. Their final episode together will air April 25 in the United States. No word yet on an Australian release date.
