While the beauty at Maria Grazia Chiuri’s first couture collection for Dior was a reverie of pre-Raphaelite curls and fairytale elements, attendees of the front row made a nod to the more modern Parisienne in their aesthetic approach. An across the board appreciation for that particular breed of air-dried, ‘French-girl hair’ was always to be expected, however there was one detail set to dictate how we tend to our tresses beyond those cherished chairs – the hair flip.

Creamy blonde bobs were flipped en masse with Eva Herzigova and Diane Kruger tossing one side of their textured blonde bob across, while Kirsten Dunst’s own stretched-out curls threw an-American-in Paris vibes. And Charlotte le Bon added a deep side hair flip to her mass of brunette bed head waves.
