Ladies and gentlemen, it’s with great pleasure we invite you to spend the next 10-or-so seconds gazing upon these arch-itectural works artforms. (We guarantee your day will be so much the better for it.)

Fendi Fashion Show, Ready To Wear Collection Fall Winter 2018 in Milan

Did your heart beat faster? Did you start questioning how you’ve survived this long without a little yellow croc-effect leather in your life?

If so, that’s the same effect the footwear in last night’s Fendi Autumn/Winter 2018 runway show had upon the GRAZIA office. The Sloan Ranger-themed collection was an ode to the ‘80s, apart that is from the scene-stealing urban cowboy boots that came in a buffet of heights – from ankle to thigh-high – colours and fabrics.

What’s your poison? Is it the bang-on-trend grey British check, the kitschy FF logo print, the red satin option or baby blue leather? Perhaps you’re more of a plain black with a cheeky cut-out ankle kind of girl.

For decades now, Fendi’s been renowned for its strong accessory game – it was, after all, the brand that gave the world its first real It-bag, the Baguette – thanks almost entirely to long-time creative director of accessories Sylvia Venturini Fendi. (Karl Lagerfeld has designed the brand’s ready-to-wear for decades too.)

And while the bags on the AW18 runway were stunning as always (Gigi Hadid’s demure clutch literally made her sassy-prim look complete), there’s no scandal in saying the shoes stole the show.
