Dying your hair pink is fasting becoming an IT-girl rite of style passage. Our girl Fernanda Ly’s fairy floss hair has fast become her signature, while both Bella Hadid and Kylie Jenner have flirted with pink tresses at one time. Now, model (and Kendall Jenner’s birthday bestie), Hailey Baldwin has joined the bubble-gum hair brigade, debuting a fresh flamingo pink shade on Instagram.

While some of her peers played it slightly safer via an ombre-pink equation, Baldwin opted to go all the way, with the flash of darker roots simultaneously hinting at her natural hue and instantly adding a grungy edge to this otherwise girly hue.
A regular pioneer of the blonde, bombshell blow-dry, Baldwin was clearing loving her hair transformation, posing for a second fresh-hair selfie, this time twisting her hair up into some on-trend double buns.
With the weather warming up on our own shores, now is a better time than any to embrace pastel shades both below the neck, and above too. For now though, the message couldn’t be clearer – IT girl-approved pink hair doesn’t look like it’ll fade from the scene anytime soon.
