As the world collectively freaks out over footage of Beyoncé shoving a woman who leaned over her at the NBA finals, we’re low-key freaking out over her tonal fashion moment. Taking a leaf out of the Jenner / Kardashian book of tonal dressing (and perhaps her Lion King-inspired photoshoot just days before), Beyoncé sat courtside in Oakland in a palette of just one hue: a gorgeous gooey caramel.

A case of mindful layering, it was Bey in the beige, only. First there was the bronzy lurex number; an Alexander Vauthier asymmetrical micro mini dress with relaxed t-shirt sleeves and detached handkerchief detailing, very Bey indeed. Then to keep warm (read: make the ultimate statement), a delicately placed, deliciously deconstructed Burberry trench drenched in silver eyelets (also very handy in the case of blocking untoward female attention). A satin slingback stiletto and pair of oversized ombré shades completed the nude look, even her hair a delectable shade of caramel. The only pop of colour? A croc bag in pale pistachio by every celeb’s favourite bag brand, By Far (Kendall Jenner wore their glossy black Rachel bag earlier this week which THANKFULLY we tracked down for you and is available here).

Another celebrity example of head-to-tonal dressing, Beyoncé’s camel colour block is a masterclass in monochrome executed with a touch of sass. Shop the one-hue-wonder below with the exact match or near-identical versions and go forth with colour confidence like Bey.
