Meet Estée Lauder’s new ambassadress, Karlie Kloss.

The supermodel, Youtuber, producer and sometimes-baker was today announced Global Spokesmodel and Brand Ambassador for the beauty giant. Kloss joins the existing (and rather glamorous) roster of Estée Lauder spokesmodels; Carolyn Murphy, Fei Fei Sun, Gabriella Wilde, Hilary Rhoda, Joan Smalls, Kendall Jenner, Misty Copeland and Yang Mi.

The new member of Lauder’s girl gang – and affectionately labelled  “the modern-day Estée” by Global Brand President Stephane de La Faverie – Kloss will debut in Fall Campaigns for the brand, plus partner on a digital beauty content series and her tech-based philanthropic venture, Kode With Klossy, which empowers girls to learn to code and become leaders in tech. To leverage Kloss’s commitment to educating and building confidence in the next generation of young women, Estée Lauder will support this initiative through coding camp scholarships and events. Whilst her production company, Klossy Productions, will also partner with the brand to create Kloss’s own beauty content to be shared with over 16 million followers across her social and digital platforms.

Karlie’s first video, “First Day At My New Job,” launches today and features founder Estée Lauder’s great granddaughter, actress Danielle Lauder. The tongue-in-cheek sketch is the first of a series to be produced by Karlie that will debut on her YouTube channel, Klossy, as well as on both Karlie’s and Estée Lauder’s social channels.
