In the latest episode of keeping up with Kendall and Bella, the girls give us a lesson in how to make a swift yet stellar exit. (Hint: it involves portable wine, neon colour and major makeup)

En route to the American Embassy for yet another stylish affair, the girls – Chablis in hand – left the George V Hotel in Paris in matching blood orange dresses; each different, each remarkably spectacular. Slinky and sequinned; their departure was as decadent as they come, one of shiny body-con, expensive wine and power pouts. It was so very Hadid, and so very Jenner, and when conflated – show-stopping, to say the least.

Aside from making a major case for the colour orange, the cherry (or orange slice) on top was the beauty, and of course, Hung Vanngo was at the other end of that kajal (for Bella, anyway). Referencing the punchy coral hue of Bella’s dress, Vanngo swept a similar shade across her lids, lips and cheeks. Monochromatic makeup at its best, the entire look was peachy and poppy and redolent of a hot summer’s night and Spritz.

When choosing orange for eyes however, make sure to add some depth around the lash line and inner rim, so as to avoid an I’ve-been-crying situation. If not executed correctly, shades of pink and orange have a tendency to wash-out the eye, so take heed of Bella and be fastidious with a set of false lashes and some smokey kohl, and your eyes will pop not pale.

Well-versed in the art of party (they’ve been to a few), we’re taking our summer soiree advice from Kendall and Bella and choosing orange-red as the shade of the season. Just be careful with that Rosé on those Bondi streets; need we remind you of our liquor laws?
