Kendall Jenner made “a dream come true” when she landed the cover of US Vogue, but it’s only the beginning of the reality-star-turned-model’s career.

The 20-year-old, who this week was revealed to be the third highest paid model in the world with an income of AUD $13 million (outranked only by Gisele Bundchen and Adriana Lima), shared her big ambitions via a post on her website on Wednesday – and she means business.

“Everyone has been asking me, ‘So, you just met your goal—what’s next?’

“All I can say is: Cindy had 17 American Vogue covers. I have a long way to go!”

This was followed by a winking face emoji, but we don’t get the feeling Kendall is joking. And since she can call Crawford a friend (she’s known her for some time and they walked the red carpet together at the Met Gala in April) she probably already knows all the secrets to being a supermodel.

One down, 17 to go until Kendall beats Cindy’s Vogue cover record – although if she’s really ambitious she’ll aim to surpass Lauren Hutton, who’s covered the fashion bible 26 times. That’s one a year for the next quarter of century. Better get cracking, Kenny.
