Keeping to the Kardashian-Jenner sisters tradition of dating really tall men (think Kris Humphries, Lamar Odom, Scott Disick and Khloe’s current beau Tristan Thompson), Kendall Jenner is reportedly dating American basketball player Blake Griffin. The Los Angeles Clippers’ players stands at 2.08 metres. And while in the past, Kendall’s past relationships have been shrouded in secrecy and thus the result of mere internet speculation, this guy seems legitimate.
A source close to the model has spoken to US Weekly and reportedly confirmed Kendall and Blake as a “full-on couple.” “Kendall has been going to a lot of games and they have been enjoying time at home when Blake is in town. They’re good,” said the source. The 21-year-old reality star and 28-year-old athlete were first spotted on a dinner date at Nobu in Los Angeles on September 7. On October 8, eyewitnesses saw them visiting The Queen Mary’s Dark Harbour in Long Beach.
“Kendall and Blake were very close the entire night, holding on to each other through the fun frights in the mazes and sitting next to each other in the Creepy Cabana while enjoying treats and watching the live performances,” another source told the publication.
The couple were even spotted hanging with Kylie Jenner and her reported baby daddy Travis Scott at Universal Studios mid-October.
But courtside life does come with some baggage. Blake was engaged to the mother of his two children – four-year-old son Ford and 13-month-old daughter Finley. The couple allegedly amicably split in July.
Kendall recently bought a AUD$11.1 million dollar Spanish-style new home in Beverly Hills. Once owned by Charlie Sheen, the property – now Kendall’s third real estate purchase – features a palatial pool, playground and movie theatre.
