Kim Kardashian has begun the process of testifying against the people that robbed her at gun point in Paris last year, it’s been revealed.

As E! News reports, Kardashian arrived in New York today with children North and Saint following a family holiday in Costa Rica, where she met with French authorities. According to French law, a victim can testify from anywhere in the world via video-link, protecting them from the trauma of coming face-to-face with their perpetrator/s.

The insider says Kim will identify her attackers and give her testimony inside a Manhattan hotel room before presumably returning home to Los Angeles.

More than three months after she was robbed of millions of dollars’ worth of jewellery while tied up in the bathroom of her Paris apartment, French authorities charged 10 people with various levels of involvement in the October 3 incident.

A man referred to as Yunice A. was charged with committing a robbery with a gun, abduction or sequestration and association with criminals.

Another named Marceau B., 64, was charged with concealment in an organised gang and association of criminals.

And a 45-year-old called Florus H. was charged on counts of complicity in a robbery with a gun, complicity in abduction and sequestration and association with criminals.

Yunice A’s charge indicates he was one of the men that held a gun to Kim’s head and robbed her of more than $10 million in valuables, including her engagement ring from Kanye West, and it may be him that she is able to identify when she gives her video testimony in New York today and tomorrow.
