Kim Kardashian has revealed she hopes to have a third baby with Kanye West, even though doctors have advised her that giving birth could be dangerous due to her past complicated pregnancies.
In a preview of next week’s episode of Keeping Up With The Kardashians, Kim shares her plans to have another child with sisters Khloe and Kourtney and mum Kris Jenner, who all dramatically shoot skeptical looks at each other across the table.
“I’m going to try to have one more baby,” she says, and later in a to-camera piece adds “I want my kids to have siblings, but the doctors don’t feel like it’s safe for me.”
Kim explored the option of using a surrogate in order to give daughter North, three and son Saint, one a little brother or sister in a past episode of KUWTK, so it’s possible the couple could take up that option.

It would also mean the public would have no way of knowing Kimye are expecting a third child until their offspring was born, a kind of privacy Kim, 36, might welcome after the violent ordeal in which she was robbed at gun point in Paris last year.
Following the horrific event Kim took a three-month hiatus from social media – an unprecedented move for someone who owes their fame to Instagram and Snapchat – and was only seen in public a handful of times, always in plain, baggy clothes.
Keeping Up With The Kardashians has been running for 13 seasons this year, and it seems Kris Jenner is exploring options for the family to continue to generate income after their E! reality show inevitably comes to its natural end. It was recently reported Jenner pitched the idea of a Kardashians cartoon TV show for adults to a network, which would focus on cartoon versions of the entire family – except Caitlin Jenner.
