The Kardashian/Jenner family are no strangers to keeping it in the family when it comes to business pursuits – be that reality television shows, fashion lines, and, of course, beauty ranges. But in exciting news for Kylie Jenner and Kim Kardashian West fans, the sisters have today announced they are teaming up on a new makeup collab they’re calling KKW X KYLIE.
Revealing the news via a short film on Instagram, the video shows the two both looking eerily similar sporting black long poker straight hair, nude makeup and an abundance of Kylighter. Simply captioned “COMING SOON @kyliecosmetics #KKW”, not much can be ascertained from the clip about the upcoming line other than the fact the two are officially cooking something up for Jenner’s Kylie Cosmetics beauty brand.
The news comes off the back of recent revelations that Kardashian West is Pat McGrath’s muse for her Dark Star 006 eye kit, but we love that she still makes time to support her little sister. And she’s not the only family member lending their support to Kylie Cosmetics with the brand becoming a bit of a family affair. Jenner’s grandmother has had lip glosses named after her, while Khloe created exclusive Lip Kit matte lipsticks and gloss shades for the brand – titled the Koko Kollection.
With Kylie Cosmetics now offering everything from the lip kits to highlighters and blushes, we’re looking forward to seeing what’s next for this uber-successful cosmetics brand.
