Between Kylie Cosmetics and Kylie Skin, Kylie Jenner has the beauty industry in the palm of her well-manicured hand. The entrepreneur’s latest venture into skincare has been nothing short of epic, and to cap it off, a summer body collection has just dropped – complete with private jet and a tropical vacay to celebrate.
To add a little background, Jenner posted to Instagram a few days ago the impending release of Kylie Body, a product range designed for summer skin. It includes a coconut-scented granular body exfoliant, an SPF 30 sunscreen oil, and a coconut body lotion to round it out. The launch is slated for July 22, at the same time as a restock of her sell-out facial skincare.
True to form, Jenner is hosting the mother of all press trips to mark the occasion, complete with a Kylie Skin-branded private jet, branded tracksuits, and a (presumably) all expenses paid trip to Turks and Caicos with all of her best pals – daughter Stormi Webster included.
There’s Kylie Skin coconuts, silk robes, mini burgers and bikinis involved, all in various shades of pale pink (the brand’s signature colour). While it seems a little excessive, it’s no surprise coming from the world’s youngest self-made billionaire, given she threw an actual festival for her daughter’s first birthday, and is richer than facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg. Girl sure knows how to host a party.
Considering the skin on Jenner’s body is the main marketing material, it makes perfect sense that one of her outfits on the trip was simply a swooping straw hat and a zingy lemon pedicure. Afterwards, Jenner added clothes, opting for baby blue Jacquemus – the perfect vacation designer if there ever was one.
