The title track from Lana Del Rey’s Lust For Life album dropped today, a long-awaited follow-up to 2015’s Honeymoon. Featuring The Weeknd, the pair teamed up on the latter’s last two albums Beauty Behind The Madness (Prisoner) and Starboy (Party Monster and Stargirl Interlude), and this time can be seen lovingly perched atop a noir Hollywood Sign in the new audio video, their breathy vocals outdoing the other as the verses meet the chorus.

“Maybe that’s kind of weird to have a feature on the title track, but I really love that song and we had said for a while that we were gonna do something; I did stuff on his last two records,” Del Rey told Courtney Love of she and The Weeknd’s collaboration.

Following on from singles Love and Ride and produced with Max Martin, the sensuality of the track (Take off, take off / Take off all your clothes) – and in part the film clip, we wonder if Selena Gomez was as receiving of the track as music critics calling it the future pop smash that will thrust Del Rey into mainstream ubiquity. What do you think?
