Mariah Carey’s former head of security and bodyguard, Michael Anello, has prepared a lawsuit against the pop-icon, threatening to sue her for sexual harassment, amongst other things.

The draft lawsuit obtained by TMZ details how, during a trip to Cabo San Lucas, Carey wore sheer lingerie, exposed herself to Anello and performed, “sexual acts with the intent that they be viewed by [him].”

Since early October, Hollywood has been in a spin over the inundation of sexual misconduct allegations involving male power-players – Kevin Spacey, Ed Westwick and infamous photographer, Terry Richardson just to name a few, and Carey is the first female since then to be accused. With the mass public condemnation against Weinstein, many A-listers have decided to speak up about their own experiences and name-and-shame the perpetrators in what many have dubbed as the ‘Weinstein ripple effect’.

This latest lawsuit also notes the 47-year-old We Belong Together singer owes her former employee over $200K in unpaid bills, and has often degraded Anello and his colleagues by calling them Nazis, skinheads, KKK members and white supremacists.

The apparent reasoning behind the bizarre, racially-charged references to hate groups? According to the documents, it was because Carey made it clear that she, “wanted to be surrounded with black guys, not white people.”

The not yet filled lawsuit has been put on hold, presumably because the parties are currently in settlement negotiations. More to come.
