What’s the rush? We’re not sure either. Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas are engaged. If you didn’t know the star couple were even dating, it’s because it’s only been eight weeks – and they aren’t even Instagram-official yet. This is poignant amongst the world of social media.
Jonas, 25, reportedly shut down a Tiffany and co. store in New York City to pick out an engagement ring with Chopra. The ex-Disney alum and kingdom star reportedly proposed on her 36th birthday last week.
So what would the Duchess of Sussex think of her best friend’s engagement after just two months? A source from the palace told E! News Markle is “very excited” and believes Jonas and Chopra are perfect for one another.
It was in May 2018 that Chopra and Jonas made their public debut at the Met Gala, although it was unclear then if they were officially a couple. The pair have reportedly known each other for years. When you know, you know, we suppose. Best wishes to the happy couple.
