Miley Cyrus has done a full 180 and is embracing her Disney days with a blonde fringe that looks very similar to her teenage alter ego, Hannah Montana.

Miley Cyrus as Hannah Montana

Stepping out at the premiere of ‘Avengers: Endgame’ with husband Liam Hemsworth, Cyrus cut a long, shaggy fringe which had all the hallmarks of her Hannah Montana hairstyle.

Hovering at the brow, perfectly piece-y and platinum blonde (with a little regrowth), it was like Montana had discovered the Dyson Airwrap, bought some diamonds and nabbed the dreamboat (Hi, Liam); Hannah Montana was all grown up.

Of course, the ironed-out ends of the early ’00s were long gone, replaced with loose waves that were seemingly spritzed with a lot of sea salt spray and raked with fingers (very modern, indeed). Then there was the pink eye. Unlike Montana, who favoured a glossy pink lip, Cyrus opted for a sweet, shimmery shade of candy pink across her lids. Proving a pink eye can as be as sexy as it is feminine, the sparkly pink was the perfect addition to an otherwise monochrome look.

And while a lot of things have changed since Miley took the screen as Hannah Montana (a giant wrecking ball and long tongue for one), today’s new fringe is proving quite the trip down memory lane.
