Pete Davidson is a consummate casanova. The guy has barely been single for five seconds, but it’s looking like he already has a new lady friend — and she’s a supermodel, no less.
Last week, he split with Once Upon A Time In Hollywood actress Margaret Qualley, who he’d been with since August.
This week, the 25-year-old seems to be moving on with Kaia Gerber. The pair were spotted at NYC brunch hotspot Sadelle’s on Wednesday looking very chummy in a corner booth. A stealthy fellow diner captured footage of the pair and posted it to her Instagram stories.
Kaia, 18, is seen smiling into her phone while Pete looks on, laughing. On Wednesday, Pete was seen leaving Kaia’s apartment building in Soho. He wore Air Pods, sunglasses and a velour Louis Vuitton tracksuit top with tracksuit pants and colourful New Balance kicks.
Davidson and Gerber’s reps did not respond to the New York Post’s requests for comment, though an insider reportedly told the Post that the pair are “just friends”.
They’re believed to have met back in June, when Davidson made his modelling debut for Alexander Wang. Gerber also modelled in the show.
Davidson was famously engaged to Ariana Grande after a whirlwind romance in 2018, but they broke up just a few months later.
He dated actress Kate Becksindale for four months at the start of this year, then moved on to Qualley for a two-month tryst that saw him follow the actress to the Venice Film Festival where she was promoting her new film Seberg.

We don’t know if we’ve seen a guy move around so quickly and with such a high profile since John Mayer, who has been linked to Katy Perry, Taylor Swift, Kim Kardashian West, Jennifer Love Hewitt, Jennifer Aniston, Jessica Simpson, Mandy Moore and Cameron Diaz, to name a few.
Davidson joined the cast of Saturday Night Live in 2014 at the age of 20, making him on of the show’s youngest-ever comics. He’s currently shooting the latest Suicide Squad movie with Margot Robbie and is co-writing and starring in an upcoming Judd Apatow film.
Kaia scored her first UK Vogue cover in September, celebrating her 18th birthday. In an accompanying essay she talked about the great influence that her mother, who she is often mistaken for, has had on her work and life.
“The biggest compliment is when someone says I act like my mom. Beyond her beauty and obvious appeal, she has always been my hero and my role model because of the way she treats people and the lens that she sees the world through, and that’s something for which I’m beyond grateful,” she wrote.
In the accompanying Vogue interview, she said she didn’t have time for romance. “When I’m working, I don’t have the energy to even flirt with anyone. I’m sorry, I just can’t,” she said, laughing. “But I’m not losing hope in all love forever.”
Sometimes, love is just around the corner.
