LONDON, UNITED KINGDOM – JUNE 09: (EMBARGOED FOR PUBLICATION IN UK NEWSPAPERS UNTIL 24 HOURS AFTER CREATE DATE AND TIME) Prince Harry, Duke of Sussex and Meghan, Duchess of Sussex travel down The Mall in a horse drawn carriage during Trooping The Colour 2018 on June 9, 2018 in London, England. The annual ceremony, involving over 1400 guardsmen and cavalry, is believed to have first been performed during the reign of King Charles II. Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have made their first major public appearance since the royal wedding.

The couple attended the Trooping the Colour, the annual celebration of the Queen’s birthday (she turned 92 in April).

Meghan wore a blush pink Carolina Herrera suit, which bent the royal rules slightly by being off-the shoulder – royal family members typically cover up a bit more.

In a scene reminiscent of their carriage ride through Windsor after they married last month, Harry and Meghan again rode in a carriage to Buckingham Palace.

Then they joined the rest of the royal family on the palace balcony to watch a performance by the Royal Air Force.

It’s believed the couple spent the past couple of weeks on honeymoon, although the whereabouts can only be speculated. There were reports the newlyweds hid out together in Alberta, Canada, Namibia and Ireland. Maybe they did all three?
