If anyone is going to inspire your Friday night beauty look, it’s Rihanna. Lucky then, she’s just dropped her first ever beauty tutorial on Youtube, just in time for the weekend (and the festive season).
Finally, after a series of fleeting how-to snippets on social, the makeup mogul has filmed her first full-length makeup tutorial for Fenty Beauty on Youtube called “Tutorial Tuesdays With Rihanna”. And what did she pick for her first video? Highlighting, of course. Teaching us how to use the new Killawatt Foil Freestyle Highlighter Palette like a pro, she puts highlighter in places we’d never even dreamed off. The limited-edition palette, which features seven other-worldly, hyper-metallic shades of the cult Killawatt Foil Freestyle Highlighter, is used on eyes, lips, cheeks – even ears – making us seriously rethink our highlighter game.
And if there is one person to take highlighting advice from, it’s Riri. Forever a beacon of light, her skin is eternally glowing, even IRL (trust us, we saw it). Frosty and festive, it’s a look with “not too much drama, but it’s still DRAMA”, and shows the flexibility of a simple highlighter. “You can use it on your cheeks, on your eyes, on your body. In so many different ways. It’s such a flexible product,” she explains in the video.
