Things are getting serious for Selena Gomez and The Weeknd, with reports the couple are living together.
According to Entertainment Tonight, Selena and The Weeknd, real name Abel Tesfaye, are renting an apartment in New York’s trendy Greenwich Village.
“[It’s] a low-rise luxury building in the heart of the Village,” an insider said.
“Selena is definitely immersing herself into the nitty gritty of New York.”
As you might’ve guessed, the couple are not slumming it in a box-like apartment.
As well as almost 12-foot ceilings and multiple balconies, the property is said to have “a master bath outfitted with his and her vanities, a steam shower and Kohler cast-iron bathtub.”
The rent? A reportedly eye-watering USD $16,000 (almost AUD $20,000) per month.
It seems The Weeknd is eager to spend time with Selena while she’s based in New York filming a Woody Allen movie.
Little is known about the project other than it was commissioned by Amazon Studios, and also stars Jude Law, Elle Fanning and Timothée Chalamet.
