If there was ever a Halloween platitude to ring true, it’s Cady Herron’s wise words in Mean Girls. “In the real world, Halloween is when kids dress up in costumes and beg for candy. In Girl World, Halloween is the one day a year when a girl can dress up like a total slut and no other girls can say anything else about it.”
One of the most iconic scenes to come out of Mean Girls (and there were A LOT), Cady’s Halloween revelation is particularly pertinent for the Hollywood set, who typically favour the glamorous and skimpy to the grotesque and ghoulish (case in point: Kendall Jenner below) for the American holiday.
Whilst the 31st is on Wednesday, the Halloween parties were rife in Hollywood over the weekend. Here, a round-up of our favourite Halloween moments in Hollywood.
