Undoubtedly the star of the 2019 Golden Globes, Lady Gaga has arrived with a powder blue up ‘do.
Swanning onto the red carpet as only Gaga knows how – in spectacular Valentino couture – Gaga’s hair was dyed a similar shade; a kind of periwinkle meets powder blue hue.
Pulled back high off her face into a sculptural bun, it’s hard to tell whether the lilac rinse is but the remnants of her electric blue Enigma hair, or a new colour altogether. Either way, if there is one way to make an entrance, it’s with coloured hair and a train of Valentino silk in the same shade.
Whilst the jury (the internet) is out on what the actual shade is – lilac? lavender? sky blue? – we’ve coined it Shallow blue; off the deep end, Gaga has dived in – and we love it.
