There has been some devastating celebrity break-ups this year – but Victoria and David Beckham are not one of them.

After rumours began circulating online that the couple would soon announce plans to divorce, a rep for Victoria shut-down the reports, calling them “nonsense”, US Harper’s Bazaar reports.

A representative for David also said the claims were fake news.

It all started when a British journalist tweeted “David and Victoria Beckham will be trending later.” It appears many took this to mean the pair had broken up, and it didn’t take long for social media to explode with false reports.

It didn’t help when Victoria posted a photo with the couple’s daughter Harper, saying they “missed and loved” David.

But it turns out the only news from the Beckhams is they’re auctioning off the outfits they wore to the royal wedding for a good cause.

The money raised will go to help people affected by the terrorist attack in Manchester last year.

“To support the incredible work of The We Love Manchester Emergency Fund and the families affected by the Manchester attack last year,” David captioned an Instagram post, “@victoriabeckham and I have partnered with @omazeworld to give you the chance to own our wedding outfits.”

Phew. We’re still feeling fragile post-Channing Tatum and Jenna Dewan’s split, so none of us could probably handle a Beckham break-up right now.
