Victoria Beckham: Mother, designer and now partial athlete. She of the many-stringed bow has made headlines recently for seemingly getting rid of her tattoo of her husband David’s initials. But more interestingly, she’s revealed exactly what she does to keep her slender figure in check. And it requires working out twice daily.

I go for a three-mile [4.8 km] run every morning and I work out for an hour with a PT, which gives me just enough time to get to the kitchen to puree Romeo’s avocados,” she told Vogue Netherlands. “His toast jumps out of the toaster the minute he comes down for breakfast.”

But after preparing the children’s breakfasts and lunch boxes, driving them to the school gates, she then works out again. “Normally, I wake up, do half my work-out – an hour – wake the kids up, give them breakfast, take them to school, come back, do another hour, quickly shower and then come into work,” she told ELLE U.S. “You know, I eat very healthily,’ she said. ‘I eat lots of fish, lots of vegetables and a lot of fruit. I work out every day, six or seven days [a week].”

This is all in addition to her being snapped at regular Soul Cycle classes across the world. It’s her running though that Beckham credits to getting her body back after having daughter Harper, now, 5, admitting she becomes quite obsessive about things when she gets into something.
