Those for whom the arena of live performance is not intimate enough will relish in the announcement that they’ll be able to get even closer to their favourite acts through the medium of the Vivid LIVE Artist Talks.

Beginning May 27 and running for the duration of Vivid LIVE, headlining acts including New Order, Anohni and Max Richter will appear in a series of intimate conversations with their contemporaries that will delve even deeper into their diverse bodies of work.

As an exclusive series of free seminars held throughout the foyers of Sydney’s iconic Opera House, select Vivid LIVE Artist Talks include New Order in conversation with filmmaker and producer Mark Reeder; Anohni and her collaborator, the Australian installation artist Lynette Wallworth, on our increasingly fragile connections to nature and each other; Poliça dissecting their catalogue with FBi’s Chris Twite, and highly-anticipated panels on the state of Australia’s electronic music scene with a particular focus on the women who are shaping it, including Flume and A$AP Rocky vocalist Kučka and one of GRAZIA’s favourite artists-to-watch, Wafia.

You can find out more information about each of these discussions and more at Vivid LIVE.

In the interim, watch Wafia performing her breakout single Heartburn exclusively for GRAZIA Sounds below.
