Singer. Actor. Style icon. Cultural commentator. Zendaya is potentially the most multi-hyphenated stars of the moment, but there’s another credential creeping up – beauty muse. And stealing the show with her futuristic bob at last night’s Met Gala was just another memory-making beauty moment for the slashie star. Her beauty chameleon moves both on the red carpet and off have clearly contributed to the countless make-up tutorials crowding YouTube, and have no doubt led to her bagging a CoverGirl contract earlier this year. Revealing she did her own make-up from this year’s Grammy Awards, it’s clear the risk-taker can pave her way around a palette too.
Still, she played it cool when GRAZIA asked her about the rumours swirling around her starting make-up tutorials. “I know, I’ve been so busy but I haven’t really been able to get down but yes, I literally have a call on Wednesday about working that out and making it happen.”

“This look is kind of called the ‘Old Hollywood Glamour’ and my stylist sent me a reference picture of what she was thinking. It was kind of a bob type thing. So we basically curled my hair and curled it under at the back so it made it look like a little faux bob. I think anyone with longish or longer hair can do it, just tuck the hair under the back and have a bob for the day.”
